Iron Maiden are going retro to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their classic album The Number of the Beast. The band is re-releasing the album on cassette tape – yes, cassette tape – featuring remastered tracks and and a redesigned inlay.
It will be out March 25th – nearly 40 years to the day after The Number of the Beast was originally released on March 22nd, 1982. Look for the cassette in your local independent record store. Find a list of participating stores here.
